Join us and Big Island Hawaii Region for a Driving Tour on the Big Island and two dinners.
The drive is starting in Waikoloa Village, traveling up to Mauna Kea Park via the saddle between the mountains of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa, then down to Kona for pizza picnic lunch at Old Airport in Kona. This is a joint drive and social with members of Big Island club.
This is an opportunity to see some of the Big Island through the eyes of another Porsche Club. Driving a Porsche is not required, it’s a social event and chance to enjoy the sun and surf before the rains set in back home in Oregon. Rent the car of your choice and join in the fun.
Build your own weekend or vacation around the Saturday drive and picnic with BIHPCA. Toast to new friends and long-time enthusiasts with dinners at Tommy Bahama’s on Friday, Nov. 7 and at Pueo’s Osteria at Waikoloa Plaza on Sunday, Nov. 9.
Book your flights and secure accommodations near Waikoloa Beach area for as little or long as you please. Accommodations in the area includes Marriott and Hilton properties, timeshares and condos, and more.

Registration Information:
Registration opens September 10 at 7:00 p.m. and will close October 31 at 5:00 p.m. Volunteers will be needed for Leads and Sweeps. Please volunteer when you register, if you are able and willing to accept the responsibilities.

General Information about this Event:
Registration is by car. Each driver must complete the data collection in the registration form. If you have a navigator, please register that person at the same time. If you don’t have a navigator, just mark the navigator question as N/A.
The start location, time, description of Digital Navigation Support as well a printable PDF file of Driving Directions will be provided two days before the event to all registrants. Please check your Spam folder if you do not see an email with the directions within 24 hours of the event.
Each Participant (Driver and Navigator) is required to sign the “Release and Waiver of Liability” at the start of the drive.
We encourage all participants to take pictures and share the pictures either on our social media sites or upload them to our photo repository using the link provided with the driving directions.
